Wild Hearts

Horses taught me to listen. To be quiet, watch their bodies and feel their energy to hear them speak.

When I worked with them in Sri Lanka in the early 2000's, I had little to no accessible local knowledge to teach me. I turned to the horses themselves to learn what way was the best way when working with them.

When I moved to Canada, horses became a reminder of ones I have lost or had to leave behind. It took me a long time to start seeking them out again. Time made the past less painful.

This series is inspired by horses that have touched my life.
